Tandridge Call for Sites
Tandridge District Council are developing their local plan and are looking at potential sites for development, some of which back on to the village. Although this is a preliminary stage, we need to keep a close eye on the proposals of which the details can be found here: Tandridge District Local Plan 2024 - 2044 They are running drop in events where further details can be obtained and questions asked, these are listed in the link above.
