Concern Over New Developments

We know that residents of the village are concerned at the sudden escalation of potential developments for the village.

 

At present there are five.

 

The Prince Albert

Crabbet Park

Clay Hall Lane

The Golf Club

Courthouse Farm


As we stand only The Prince Albert has applied for permission with the rest just publishing sketchy details of their plans and can only be considered speculative at the moment.

 

The CVA is closely monitoring all of these and will be calling public meetings with appropriate experts and authorities in attendance when proper details of the plans are released.
