Tandridge District Council are developing their local plan and are looking at potential sites for development, some of which back on to the village.
Although this is a preliminary stage, we need to keep a close eye on the proposals of which the details can be found here:
They are running drop in events where further details can be obtained and questions asked, these are listed in the link above.
