The Prince Albert and Courthouse Farm

The Prince Albert is going to be on the agenda for the planning committee of MSDC on 15th January, it is possible for individuals to speak at the meeting, but there is a limited amount and some procedures to follow, so please contact us if you would like to do so.

The Planning & Highways Committee meeting of Worth Parish Council will be held on Monday 5^th January at 7.30pm to consider the planning applications for Courthouse Farm. This will be held at the Parish Hub.

This is an open meeting and people are welcome to attend and share their views. There will be 15 minutes allocated to public participation and each speaker will be limited to 3 minutes. If anybody wishes to speak please let us know as we would like to make sure that we cover all the necessary points and avoid repetition.

We would also like to point members to the Copthorne Neighbourhood Plan with particular reference to CA3, policy CNP11.1 which identifies what developments can and can’t be supported on the East side of the A264 in regard to the Courthouse Farm applications.
