Courthouse Farm

There are two applications that have been put in for planning permission at Courthouse Farm, one is for residential units and one is for an extra care retirement community.


The plan would be for one or the other of these proposals. It's a little unusual to see two applications for the same site going in together.


At the moment they are just looking for permission for a new access, but the applications include full details of the whole plan.
