Village Photo Competition

We are excited to announce the Copthorne Village Photography Competition! This is your chance to showcase what you love about our wonderful village through your lens. The best photographs will be displayed on our website for all to enjoy. Whether you're an amateur photographer or a seasoned pro, we invite you to capture and share your unique perspective of Copthorne.

Competition Details:

  • Theme: "The Essence of Copthorne"

  • Submission Deadline: 31/08/24

  • Entry Limit: Up to 3 photographs per person

  • Format: JPEG or PNG

How to Enter:

  1. Capture: Take photographs that best represent the essence of Copthorne – be it landscapes, architecture, local events, or daily life.

  2. Submit: Email your photographs to info@copthornevillage.org with the subject line  " Photo Competition". Please include your name, age, and a brief description of each photograph.

  3. Share: Feel free to share your entries on social media using the hashtag #CopthornePhotoComp.

Prizes:

We will divide entries into three age group categories, under 11’s, 11-16 years and 17 and over.

There will be prizes for the winners and runners up and a display of the best                 photographs will be presented at the annual general meeting, which is to be held on the 19th of September.

We will also be creating a gallery of many of the entries on our website at Copthornevillage.org

Judging: 

Photographs will be judged by the committee and the judges decisions will be final. Winners will be announced at the AGM.
